Yacht Charter in Türkiye
Chartering a yacht on the Turkish coast means holidaying in the waters where the Blue Cruise was born: from Bodrum's gulet yards to the sheltered Twelve Islands of Göcek, from Fethiye's Ölüdeniz views to the quiet coves of Bozburun, this shoreline offers one of the Mediterranean's longest and most varied charter seasons. The season runs from late April to the end of October, and each window has its own advantage — May-June for quiet coves and flexible prices, July-August for warm seas and the reliable meltemi, September-October as the insiders' pick with mild water and calm marinas. Every listing on this page comes from verified owners and operators, with equipment, capacity and weekly starting price clearly stated.
Choosing the right boat comes down to three questions: how many of you are there, where do you want to sail, and how much service do you want on board? Larger family groups get space and comfort from crewed gulets; couples and small crews who sail for the joy of it lean towards sailing yachts and catamarans; the motor yacht segment serves those chasing speed and luxury. If you are undecided, our gulet charter guide and crewed-versus-bareboat comparison are practical starting points, while our pricing guide explains real ranges by season and yacht type.
Booking is straightforward: pick a listing, send the inquiry form with your dates and group size, and our team confirms availability and returns a tailored quote the same day. Booking early — especially for July-August and school holiday weeks — widens both your choice of boats and your negotiating room. If your route is still open, our destination pages describe each region's character, season and stand-out anchorages one by one.
What does the charter price include?
The listed price covers the weekly hire of the yacht; on crewed boats the captain and crew are included. Fuel, provisioning, harbour fees and APA-style expenses vary by boat — a clear line-item breakdown is shared at the quote stage, so there are no surprise costs.
How far in advance should I book?
For July-August and holiday weeks, booking 3-6 months ahead is ideal; popular gulets and catamarans are reserved for these dates over winter. In May-June and September-October a few weeks' notice is usually enough, and prices are more flexible.
I don't have a licence — can I still charter?
Yes. Most of the fleet operates crewed: the captain handles routing and seamanship while you are a guest on board. Bareboat options are listed for licensed sailors — our comparison guide covers which suits you.
Who decides the route?
You do. On crewed charters the captain shapes the route with you around weather and preferences; the departure port and region are stated on each listing. For inspiration, see our destination pages and Blue Cruise route guide.
